We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, here’s how we can help:

1. Eligibility
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted only within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact. Any request made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Exchange
You may request an exchange for a damaged or different product delivered, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, you must provide clear photographs and/or a video showing the product and the issue. The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund
Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of delivery, subject to verification and approval.

A clear video and/or photographs showing the product and the reason for the refund must be attached with the request. Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards (if applicable) cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. How to Initiate a Request
To initiate an exchange or refund, email us at help@suvayushop.com with your order number, clear photographs and/or a proper video, and a brief description of the issue.

Requests without the required photographs/video may not be considered.
